Danielle R. Curtis, Esq. focuses her practice exclusively on representing injured clients. Ms. Curtis attended the University of Central Florida on a full academic scholarship. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2005. She received her Juris Doctor in 2009 at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
Over the past nine years, Ms. Curtis has worked at top firms, gaining valuable litigation experience. She has practiced with large insurance defense firms as well as prestigious plaintiff’s injury litigation firms, instilling a fuller perspective of complex legal issues, and enhancing her problem-solving ability for her injury clients.
In 2012, she co-founded Curtis | Walton Law with Wade Walton, Esq. in Littleton, Colorado. The two lawyers are both motorcyclists and actively involved in the Colorado biker community.
She is an active member of Colorado's Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, and Colorado Bar Association.
